Henna Workshop for Kids

Our Henna Workshop will include a 30-40 min group sound healing experience for you and your child. This will include some hands on time with tibetan bowls and chimes to fully immerse yourselves in the power of vibration and sound therapy. We will then move onto a shared experience with your child where you will each have a go at doing some henna art on each other (don't worry- you can have your feet or somewhere inconspicuous done).

We will have plenty of simple & inspirational images for you to use as well as some tips and tricks. In the end the experience is about connecting with your child one-on-one, so how it looks won't be as important. ;)

If there is time we will also have some mindful colouring and mandala art to try and some age appropriate oracle cards (with positive affirmations) to play around with.

You will each get to take home any remaining henna from your tube as well as any colouring/art you may have created. 

This will be a small group experience with limited space available to keep the vibe focussed on connection.
