Stones will be placed at particular points on the body and used as a tool to deepen your massage, allowing for a soothing feeling of pure relaxation.

Reflexology massage is the application of thumb and finger techniques and pressure on the feet, hands or ears. These locations contain reflex points that connect to different parts of the body and its systems. By pressing on them, meridians are unblocked and this can promote health in the related area of the physical structure.

This is a deeply relaxing and also intuitive experience for both client and practitioner.

Using Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and other percussion instruments for healing is based on the idea that all illness or disease is characterized by a hindrance to the flow of energy in the body.
