About the event
Join like-minded souls on an immersive sound experience to relax and unwind, enhance your meditative practice and gain a sense of overall wellbeing.
What to expect:
Find yourself a yoga mat, a bolster and a cosy blanket and lay down in a comfortable position to relax and unwind while your senses are immersed into the waves of sound. The vibrations will wash over you accompanied by a short meditation and integrate into your body. You don’t need to do a thing!!
