'REFLECT' Autumn Equinox

This Women’s Circle is an invitation to pause at the powerful threshold of the equinox and honor the shift into the season of autumn. The equinox reminds us that just as nature begins to release her leaves, we too are being called to soften, surrender, and let go. This is a time of harvest — of gathering the wisdom, growth, and lessons cultivated over the past months. Together, we will reflect on what has ripened in our lives, what we are ready to release, and what seeds we are quietly planting for the darker half of the year.

In this nurturing and supportive space, we will honour the season ahead of Autumn that carries the energy of turning inward — of deeper intuition, rest, and reconnection to self. As the days grow shorter, we are invited to slow down, listen more closely to our inner wisdom, and embrace the beauty of transition.

Come as you are. Bring a journal, a cozy layer, and anything symbolic of your personal harvest. Together, we will honor this sacred shift, support one another in community, and step into autumn with intention, grace, and grounded strength. You are warmly welcome in the circle. 🍂

To help you decide on an item to bring to represent your 'personal harvest', consider what lessons you have learned and where you have grown over the past few months and how that might be represented for you symbollically. Items might include a photo/image of something, a crystal, a plant/herb, an object, etc.

Items should be small enough to fit on an altar space, and you can take them back home, allowing them to hold sentimental value if you feel inclined to bring them.

This space will be an intentional women only, small group event.
