Winter is here and it's the perfect time to throw on your PJ's and join us for a Winter sound immersion. With the fire roaring in the background experience guided meditation and a relaxing sound session then enjoy a cup of Chai or Hot Chocolate post session

About the event
Join like-minded souls on an immersive sound experience to relax and unwind, enhance your meditative practice and gain a sense of overall wellbeing.
What to expect:
Find yourself a yoga mat, bolster, eye mask and a cosy blanket and lay down in a comfortable position to relax and unwind while your senses are immersed into the waves of sound.
With the fire roaring, candles lit and the smell of incense burning you will be guided through a peaceful meditation followed by the sounds of the Tibetan Bowls, Wind Gong, Frame Drum, Chimes and more to help you achieve a state of relaxed bliss. The sound will wash over you and integrate into your body restoring your natural resonance.
After the session we will enjoy a cup of chai or hot chocolate together by the fire
